🥬Healthy eating in line with current standards
Children’s health and healthy development are our top priorities. We are therefore pleased to share that the menus prepared for the children in our care follow the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 16 February 2026 (Journal of Laws 2026, item 197), as appropriate for the children’s age, as well as current nutritional standards and recommendations for young children.
Together with our catering provider, we make sure that children receive tasty, varied and well-balanced meals made with high-quality ingredients every day.
When planning our menus, we follow healthy eating principles recommended for young children. Our daily menu includes:
- 🍎fresh vegetables and fruit,
- 🌾wholegrain products,
- 🫛nutritious sources of protein, including pulses,
- 🥗well-balanced meals tailored to the children’s age,
- 🌈limited amounts of sugar, salt and highly processed foods.
Our catering provider prepares meals in line with current requirements and the latest knowledge of children’s nutrition. This gives us confidence that our daily menu supports healthy development, wellbeing and the development of healthy eating habits from an early age.
We believe that healthy eating is one of the foundations of a child’s balanced development. Thank you to all parents for your trust. We are delighted that, together, we can care for the health of the youngest children in our care.
You can find the Regulation of the Minister of Health below. We encourage you to read it.
